What We Do 

We are looking for new team members who are ready to join a fast-paced industry leader in the convenience retail space. You are someone who enjoys working with data, has extreme attention to detail, and is looking for an entry level role where you will be given the opportunity to assist and improve our scan data programs. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on startup experience in some of today’s most advanced and emerging technologies.

What You Will Do

You will be working together with our engineering, customer experience and data analytics teams to improve our report submission process and facilitate an actionable feedback loop

Review and submit scan data reports to our partners/brands in a timely manner

Troubleshoot data discrepancies in reports

Work cross-functionally to ensure data quality issues are resolved

Escalate issues to impacted internal stakeholders Create documentation and guidelines for standard operating procedures 

Help identify opportunities for process improvement and build processes to increase efficiency

Support the team on any additional projects directly related to report submission and data quality

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of manipulating large spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Data oriented, experience working with large datasets Querying relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Diligent and methodical at problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - able to prioritize under demanding timeframes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a high quality team-oriented environment
  • Position is open to U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government.

Skupos’ San Francisco office is located in the South of Market area (referred to as SoMa) – a vibrant, urban neighborhood, conveniently near public transit, top museums, theaters, and restaurants.
