Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Expert level of subject matter knowledge and technical system knowledge within but not limited to Sales Operations to solve/streamline business processes and issues of moderate to difficult complex scope. Provides and communicates analysis of business process information with limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates and provides analysis on process and procedural steps and makes recommendations and measures for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Subject Matter (SME) for CSG Group.
  • Provides analysis on existing processes and procedures to generate problem statements and streamline processes.  Utilizing data, document, and drive new solutions.
  • Provide analysis on existing IT architecture to map out process, look for automated solutions to streamline processes.
  • Design and develop tools to improve the daily operations of the organization, including standardization of Metrics to measure day to day activities and improvements.
  • Communicates direction and guidance in a clear and concise manner to the WW team to ensure transparency and consistency across the team.
  • Interface and consults with all levels of personnel, including senior executives, on a regular basis to manage and improve business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to mature the requirements management program and provide recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learned
  • Support data modeling, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
  • Creates Requirements Management (i.e, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Document for Oracle Implementation and other SW implementation.  Supports all level of Testing (i.e. SIT, UAT).
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis with respective operations teams, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure documentation and procedure meet all Internal and External Audit requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • BS in Business Management or Equivalent, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain Management
  • Proven track record in Process Analysis and Improvement
  • Detailed knowledge of entire Supply Chain, from OM to fulfillment
  • Detailed System Knowledge (ERP), preferably Oracle
  • Utilization and development of PowerBI Suite to measure business
  • Advanced experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Visio for documentation
  • Advanced experience in Project Management, leadership and fundamental , Lean Six Sigma
  • Detailed Experience in performing analysis on reports and chart trends
  • Familiar with Consumer Electronic Business
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Etail or Ecommerce knowledge beneficial
  • Experience with Oracle strong benefit
