What are the primary responsibilities of this role? 

  • Documenting enhancement requests including document benefit/impact details. 
  • Develop eligibility requirements for short- medium- and long-term eligibility system needs
  • Work with Product Management, engineering and other CH teams to define eligibility requirements for eligibility systems
  • Working with Development and Eligibility Teams to ensure Eligibility bugs are accurately documented and prioritized to drive timely resolution
  • Define and monitor Bug reporting and processes, including impact to internal customers, members and clients
  • Create/maintain Eligibility Dashboards and Reporting Strategy
  • SME on Eligibility workflows and process (re)engineering, how eligibility interacts and how data flows end to end.
  • Onboarding/training - create and execute training docs/plans
  • Eligibility KB program owner 
  • Support project needs to allow operations to focus on run the business workloads

Your skills include: 

  • You have 5+ years in a BSA or equivalent role
  • You have experience designing and implementing complex technical/process projects
  • You have the ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
  • You have the ability to understand, analyze and envision the end-to-end process
  • You have experience working with external vendors
  • You enjoy a fast paced team environment and adapt well to change by adjusting priorities as needed
  • You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • You are analytically minded and like to make data-driven decisions
  • You are process oriented and have experience building and improving processes
  • You are a self-motivator and self-starter
