About the Role:

We seek a Lead for GTM Intelligence who will bring business acumen, rich analytical capabilities and a bias toward action to our team. Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility with all levels of the organization. In this role you will be a key part of establishing the vision and infrastructure for measuring KT’s business. Your work will include building the reports and dashboards to measure business performance, highlight changing market conditions and uncover market opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems, Strategic Analytics / Data Science, Marketing, Finance and C-Level executives.
This role will report to the Director of Sales Strategy & Ops.

What You'll Do:

  • You’ll drive the strategy and execution for GTM reporting and analytics
  • Set the strategy and roadmap for the go-to-market reporting. Assess high-impact business opportunities and partner with other leaders to understand their analytical needs and then develop reports/dashboards that meet those needs.
  • Drive revenue and improve productivity by building and implementing sales tools, such as conversion funnels, propensity to buy, upsell, cross-sell analysis
  • Design & build dashboards and reports to track performance and inform executive decision making
  • Provide proactive insights to business partners based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues and recommend action plans
  • Create compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings and recommendations to C-level executives clearly and concisely
  • Partner with upstream data providers and downstream collaborators to ensure our Sales teams have access to accurate and timely insights to support workflow
  • Work with stakeholders in the Sales organization to understand the business intelligence and insights needs of end-users, from representatives on the floor to the executive leadership team.
  • Track record of thought leadership in applying data-driven insights

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility. Prior experience in sales strategy, sales / business operations, or strategy consulting a plus
  • Deep understanding and experience with the tools of Go to Market analytics - Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, SQL. Experience with Snowflake and Redash is a plus
  • Curiosity, rigorous thinking and a strategic mindset
  • A demonstrated bias towards action, an ownership mentality, and the appetite to innovate
  • Track record of pushing the boundaries of data and developing novel approaches to shed new light on difficult questions.
  • Exceptional business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and value-creation.
  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership
  • BA/BS and/or advanced degree
