Rally Health is hiring a Metrics & Reporting Lead who will manage the Operations metrics and report strategy across portions of Rally Health. You will work with partners to understand data needs, develop plans to address those needs, and analyze data to provide insights that guide important decisions. As part of the Technology Operations team you will report to the Director, Technology Operations and work with partners from Product, XD, PMO and Engineering.

You Will:

• Lead the strategy for developing a reporting function that develops processes for high-quality, repeatable, and scalable delivery of reporting needs. 
• Provide expertise to build the operations metrics and reporting function, in collaboration with Business Operations leadership along with self service reporting for Technology Operations.
• Automate data ingestion, analytics and insight development across Technology Operations areas and eliminate manual effort within Product, Experience Design, and Engineering.
• Translate technical data insights into business-ready concepts for partners across the operational data continuum, from question identification through results interpretation.

You Have:

• 7+ years of progressive analytics and reporting experience.
• Advanced level of expertise with business intelligence tools (Tableau, DOMO).
• Advanced level of expertise with cloud-based services and API integration for data acquisition.
• Experience with collaboration and leading in a matrix environment.
• Understanding of statistical concepts.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product development.
• Experience eliciting use cases from partners and translate them into tangible deliverables.
