Operations Reporting Analyst

You:
You will have the opportunity to liaise with various teams and executives. You are passionate about data and can use all of our systems and data to help our company make the best possible data-driven planning decisions. We are looking for a self-starter, who enjoys collaborating, and is looking to continuously learn and grow.
What You Will Do:
- Build dashboards to make key operational data available to teams
- Support ongoing analysis of business performance trends and insights required to inform decisions
- Present your research and insights to all levels of the company, clearly and concisely
- Producing reports to help teams achieve their goals
- Understand and maintain global Point-of-Sale (PoS) reports and analysis
- Manage the effectiveness and efficiency of our planning systems, fix application production issues, and perform analysis and functional testing as needed
- Maintain the planning system, including adding and removing users, scheduling interfaces and reports, and importing and exporting data
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of analytical experience
- Experience with SQL; additional experience with BI & visualization tools is a strong plus (i.e. DOMO, Looker, Tableau)
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with multi-functional teams
- Experience transforming data into presentations that "tell the story" behind the data
- Curious and inquisitive, strong interest in diving deep on analyses
