People Data Analyst
OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a People Data Analyst to help optimize our people data infrastructure and build out our reporting and insights capabilities as we scale. You will be joining a growing People Analytics team in an organization with an extraordinary appetite for data. You will have tremendous impact in this role, developing infrastructure and insights that shape our people strategy and drive outstanding decision-making.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead projects and design priorities and roadmaps for people data system and infrastructure needs. Lead design, build, and launch strategies.
- Proactively identify and lead initiatives to increase system and tooling efficiencies, including automation and dashboarding, helping the team and company meet analytical needs at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand and document data issues, needs, and requests and to diagnose problems and bottlenecks. Create requirement documents based on these diagnoses, to be shared with internal teams, vendors, and developers.
- Project Manage, configure, maintain, and test recruiting and other HR/people data systems. Research the latest recruiting technology strategies and trends, looking for opportunities to innovate.
- Work independently with our partners to deliver impactful insights and develop outstanding people and talent solutions.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in People Technology or People Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability working on recruiting systems, ideally Greenhouse, and with People and HR data.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and compliance; understanding of common bottlenecks and inefficiencies in people process (recruiting, talent management, etc.).
- Integrations experience with HR systems, interview scheduling tools, data warehouses and other people data vendors
- Highly motivated individual who is eager to innovate, learn new skills, and work with new technologies.
- Phenomenal teammate who values collaboration and has superb interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, independent environment.
- Passion for enhancing the employee experience through optimizing and connecting various systems.
