The Omada Marketing team comprises a B2B team focused on acquiring and enabling partners and enterprise customers, a B2C team focused on creating awareness and engaging people for lasting, healthy change, and a Creative team that brings these promises together within a powerful, resonant brand. This tightly knit team representing design, motion, and copy is looking for a leader who will passionately grow our brand, organize process and people with aplomb, and ensure the team has cross-functional collaboration and effective prioritization to deliver on our company’s growth and strategic plans. 

Your impact:

• Define and orient teams towards the north star for our brand through vision, strategy, and voice
• Maintain brand consistency and strategy through collaborations across product marketing, insights, commercial and product teams
• Set and maintain standards of excellence within design, copy, and people management through recruiting, building culture, mentoring team members, and defining the growing org design
• In a growing company, partner closely with other leaders in the marketing and commercial organization to ensure project alignment, effective prioritization, and quality execution
• Operationalize and empower your team to do the best work of their lives, by surrounding them with effective processes, practice, and priorities

• Experience leading growing teams of designers and copywriters in a fast-paced environment
• A strong background in copy and storytelling, balanced with incredible design aesthetic (you may or may not be able to produce it yourself, but you have a track record for knowing good design when you see it, and know how to support its development)
• Stellar brand chops, and a demonstrable understanding of how to translate corporate goals into effective, resonant brand strategy
• A meaningful record of solid people leadership skills: mentoring, team-building, and defining cross-functional collaboration excellence for your team by walking-the-talk
