What will I be doing? 

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate production designer to join our growing team to develop our brand projects.

You will help shape the brand for our home, medical, and enterprise channels across our marketing, website, print, site-specific, and (shhh) secret projects and ensure they are delivered with quality and iterated with style.

You will help craft our brand experiences and be working closely with your teammates (designers, video producers, copywriters, animators, and developers) in taking existing material and translating those across digital and print ads, web, and other communication channels for consumer, medical and commercial audiences.

What skills do I need?

• Have a detailed eye for color, pixel, print, and typography design details.
• Create ready-to-produce final artwork for both digital and print.
• Knowledge of standard digital advertising and social media templates.
• Communicating design work to a cross-functional team with clarity, and iterating on feedback quickly. 
• An understanding and passion for design systems.
• Present polished mockups and flows for solutions
• Skilled in Sketch/Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Launch work daily, weekly, and monthly at a high level and find yourself motivated by the pace and range of work. 
• Animation skills are a plus!

What experience do I need?

• Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of producing visual brand assets across digital and physical in-house or consultancy.
• Experience with working on cross-functional projects 
• Must have shipped assets to the public.
• Worked in small, fast-paced workplaces.
• Produced visually refined, visually systematic production files within an existing brand language.
• An active team collaborator in the production process to improve our team practices.
• Strong communicator that plays an active role in critiques, reviews, and discussions and is an equally good listener to hear other points of view to build more robust processes and assets together. 
• Has partnered with cross-functional teams to discover opportunities to improve existing production processes and identify new approaches for future growth.
