As a Senior Designer, Growth at Amplitude, you will collaborate with a smart, friendly cross-functional team to create experiences that both delight users and support our growing business. We have strong partnerships with our product managers and engineers that help us push the product to the next level. As a senior designer in Growth you will:

• Create and drive alignment around storyboards, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas
• Impact both the product and marketing experience for our customers, reaching across the organization to drive growth for user acquisition and engagement through experimentation
• Provide design feedback and direction throughout the product life cycle
• Participate in research and testing (we spend lots of time talking directly to our customers!) to gauge the effectiveness of and iterate on design solutions
• Work closely with other designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define metrics and goals and the user experience that will have both business and user impact
• Help us balance short-term lifts in metrics with a quality long-term experience for our customers
