The ideal candidate is a visual designer with a track record of developing design strategy & visual identity for category-leading brands. This visual designer will be a player-coach and will be responsible for the creative and visual design for the employer marketing channel.

OUTCOMES

• Design on-brand, on-concept print and digital content for events, website, email campaigns, and sales enablement. Assets should be aligned with business goals, user needs & the Hinge Health brand attributes
• Lead creation and champion design strategy & visual identity for the Hinge Health B2B marketing and collaborate cross-functionally across designers
• Help promote positive internal awareness of design trends, brand standards and processes, through a design culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with marketing team to gather customer feedback to understand the psychology, pain points & value prop for each B2B persona and to validate design decisions
• Lead website design (including creating low and high-fidelity wireframes, creating specs, motion, interaction etc.) and collaborating with engineers
• Develop resources, guidelines, and templates that empower the organization to create beautiful and thoughtful brand expressions
• May manage up to 2 visual designers on the marketing team

REQUIREMENTS

• Portfolio demonstrating brand-building & lead-generating B2B campaigns
• Have a proven design process that embraces experimentation and consistently gets cross-functional team aligned with who/what/why or a project 
• High attention to detail with an excellent understanding of how to apply the elements of visual design, such as typography, imagery, iconography, & layout
• Master of print & digital design tools such as Adobe CC and Sketch.
• Experienced providing creative direction on photo & video shoots
• Curious - keeps up to date on new developments & best practices in design across multiple industries
• Passionate about Brands and the intersection of technology and healthcare
