We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality to come join our Operations org. The mission for this role is to start our Hardware Quality practice, by providing world-class Operations leadership and by creating the systems that measure and improve our product quality and cost and maintain our compliance to ISO and FDA standards. You will come in and assess, establish, implement, and track the Quality and Compliance of our hardware product, both in design and at suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Ensure the high-quality design of a manufacturable, and compliant iteration of our consumer electronics wearable product and future products.
• Ensure long-lasting and quality-oriented contract manufacturing and supplier relationships
• Help build out a world-class hardware team (operations and product), highly knowledgeable in the end-to-end processes of design and manufacturing
