Approaching challenges with insight and creativity in equal measure, together we will find solutions without compromise to values or quality. Driven by data and quantifiable metrics, you will collaborate cross functionally emphasizing engineering excellence within the team.The Camera Systems Engineer will report to the head of electrical engineering. This engineer will be responsible for defining image quality requirements and tests plans, selecting image sensors, perform image quality tuning and cooperating with teams to define manufacturing line tests and processes.What You’ll Do: 

• Define engineering requirements for image sensors and selection
• Define image quality requirements and test plans
• Define, operate and maintain IQ lab space
• Define/review engineering requirements for lens design and selection
• Participate in defining manufacturing line tests and processes for cameras
• Tune ISP and imaging pipeline for optimal image quality
• Failure mode analysis and troubleshooting of undesirable image aberrations and artifacts 

 What We’re Looking For: 

• You have 7+ years in an imaging systems role
• You have a strong background in image sensor technologies
• You have a strong understanding of ISP pipelines
• You have a strong understanding of image quality metrics for digital imaging systems
• You have an understanding of optics and how they relate to image quality
• You have experience setting up manufacturing lines and have shipped several cameras in high volume production
• You have a BS/MS in EE, imaging science, physics or equivalent
