Zoom is looking for a key team member in our Lead Integration Engineer position that will support integration projects with a core focus on Zoom Phone Initiatives. This position will be dynamic and challenging and we are looking for the right individual that can think on their feet and really embrace new challenges as they come along. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of APIs and Batch Jobs to integrate large scale Integrations focusing on applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Zuora, Workday, Marketing cloud and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft, Java.
  • Design the High level and low level implementation details, code the integrations as per the design and fixing Production Issues
  • Develop Experience, Process, System APIs and Automation using Batch jobs for ETL processes.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and analyze impacts of stakeholder requests
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with cloud based Integration platforms in order to provide short and long term solutions
  • Write well designed, testable, and high quality technical design documents using tools like Lucid chart, API designer, RAML tools.
  • Review and debug existing Integration infrastructure in environment configuration, deployments and resolve support requests for existing environments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand the integration needs, gaps and come with remediation strategies to solve the existing problems.
  • Document and maintain integration artifacts, design documents with system diagrams, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams. Maintain API design documents, version control, API playbooks.
  • Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 6+ years of strong development experience with focus on building APIs, Web Services and Batch Jobs.
  • 3+ years of experience with Mulesoft Integration Platform, Data transformations, Mule ESB administration, API Management, API Design using RAML, Security, Munits.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring framework, JMS, Design Patterns, Message Brokers like ActiveMQ.
  • Experience with SOAP & REST style web services, XML, XSLT
  • Experience in GIT, CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages like python.
