Wing is looking for a 3D Graphics & Simulation Software Engineer to join our Embedded Platform Engineering team based in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate has a passion for aviation, demonstrated knowledge of 3D rendering engines and camera simulation, and the ability to deliver results as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead development of our next generation 3D environment simulation supporting business and safety critical software development in areas such as:
- Perception and vision systems
- On-vehicle control software
- System failure contingency management systems
- Enable accelerated R&D development by enhancing our simulation capabilities:
- High-fidelity sensor modeling and camera image rendering
- Simulated sensor degradation and failure
- Terrain interaction and collision detection
- Changing environmental and lighting conditions
What You'll Need:
