Wing is looking for a 3D Graphics & Simulation Software Engineer to join our Embedded Platform Engineering team based in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate has a passion for aviation, demonstrated knowledge of 3D rendering engines and camera simulation, and the ability to deliver results as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of our next generation 3D environment simulation supporting business and safety critical software development in areas such as:
  
  • Perception and vision systems
  • On-vehicle control software
  • System failure contingency management systems
• Enable accelerated R&D development by enhancing our simulation capabilities:
  
  • High-fidelity sensor modeling and camera image rendering
  • Simulated sensor degradation and failure
  • Terrain interaction and collision detection
  • Changing environmental and lighting conditions
