Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Develop internal Salesforce.com systems
• Duties include conducting a gap analysis on current state capabilities and heat maps on recommended high priorities;
• Taking full ownership of salesforce.com and all sales systems administration;
• Building design specs and technical solution architecture for a product catalogue, price book, discounting and dealing workflow and approval;
• Creating the design specs and technical solution architecture for a renewals engine;
• Creating program strategy and design specs on future states;
• Developing a configuration pricing and quoting program;
• Providing recommendations on entitlement, provisioning and utilization data as well as a 360-degree view of customers; and
• Creating program strategy and initial design specs on future states
• Job location: San Francisco, CA
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering plus five years of experience.
