Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Develop internal Salesforce.com systems
- Duties include conducting a gap analysis on current state capabilities and heat maps on recommended high priorities;
- Taking full ownership of salesforce.com and all sales systems administration;
- Building design specs and technical solution architecture for a product catalogue, price book, discounting and dealing workflow and approval;
- Creating the design specs and technical solution architecture for a renewals engine;
- Creating program strategy and design specs on future states;
- Developing a configuration pricing and quoting program;
- Providing recommendations on entitlement, provisioning and utilization data as well as a 360-degree view of customers; and
- Creating program strategy and initial design specs on future states
- Job location: San Francisco, CA
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering plus five years of experience.
