The Opportunity at Komodo Health

We’re looking for an exceptional, ownership-minded Salesforce expert to lead our internal Salesforce strategy, architecture, and development. As part of our Go-To-Market Operations team, you will work with our business leaders and Salesforce power users to design and build the Salesforce environment we need to accelerate our growth. You have a strong bias toward simple, scalable solutions and believe that CRM data exists to be analyzed and drive business decisions. You will be a hands-in implementor while simultaneously helping advance our Salesforce environment’s overall design and health.

As one of the members of this business-critical team, you will anchor on the following:

• Partner with leaders across the business to understand our commercial strategy and build the Salesforce roadmap to support our growth
• Work closely with our go-to-market teams to architect and develop Salesforce structures to support new and existing business lines 
• Implement creative and simple solutions to measure business goals and sales activities
• Be the company-wide expert and owner for all Salesforce architecture, development, and administration
• Utilize functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
• Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance and mentorship to Salesforce power users and SMEs
• Research and keep current on Salesforce.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective. 

What You Bring to Komodo

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and development
• Demonstrated history of high-level Salesforce architecture decisions and design
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration/customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.) and development (e.g. custom objects, workflows, triggers, migration tools, SOQL)
• Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Salesforce.com Developer certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator , able to translate across business and technical teams 
• Scalability-minded with an eye for simple solutionsService-oriented and not above rolling up your sleeves to solve any problem across the company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
