DoorDash is looking for a senior engineering manager with product and infrastructure sense to oversee key areas of our Fraud engineering team in San Francisco. The Fraud team is responsible for upholding the trust and safety of our overall platform. There's a wide breadth of problems to solve across mobile, web, backend, machine learning including building a real-time risk engine that evaluates every transaction and behavior, the necessary infrastructure for us to make accurate decisions in real-time, and the science behind fighting fraudsters!

What You’ll Do

• Scale the team by attracting world-class talent and developing internal managers and senior ICs
• Drive business and technical impact for a team of 10+ engineers
• Create a vision and roadmap for the team
• Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Growth, Identity, Legal and Trust and Safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people management, ideally leading a team size of 20+ and managing other managers
• Prior experience working on a user-facing product
• Extensive experience as an engineer in the risk domain
