As a Test Automation Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best engineers in the cryptocurrency space. You will lead and grow a world class testing team and help drive test automation and quality assurance for RippleNet Engineering. You should care deeply about ensuring quality for large scale, mission-critical software that will promote and grow the Internet of Value.

What you’ll do:

• Own full-stack quality and test automation initiatives across RippleNet applications 
• Drive the adoption of proven testing patterns/technologies to ensure high quality releases and a quality-first approach to software development
• Analyze product requirements with members of the team and devise testing strategies as required
• Work with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams (Integration Engineering, Product, Ops, InfoSec etc) to identify requirements for test scenarios, test automation systems and infrastructure
• Create short and long-term team goals, vision and roadmaps
• Help attract, hire, on-board and mentor team members

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years managing or leading a test-engineering/quality-automation team in an agile environment
• At least 10 years experience as a test automation engineer, with deep expertise in automated test planning, best practices and execution
• Experience with at least one test automation framework (Java experience is a plus)
• Experience hiring, mentoring and managing test engineers at all levels of experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in continuous integration, continuous deployment 
• Experience in software performance testing is a plus
• Experience in payments/fin-tech industry is a plus
