As the Corporate FP&A manager, you’ll play an important role in shaping Branch’s financial planning processes and driving the company's continued growth. The Corporate FP&A Manager will be responsible for the strategic financial planning for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, delivering accurate financial visibility to executives and leaders, and driving operational impact on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves finance professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

As a Corporate FP&A Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model.
  • Support company planning activities, including quarterly short and long-term forecasts and the annual operating plan for IS, B/S, and CFS
  • Lead monthly financial review process. Analyze and summarize operating and financial results, including preparing internal and external reporting deliverables and explaining forecast vs. actual variances.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a timely and accurate financial close.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS start-up.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Docs, Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with departments throughout the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting analyses to management.
  • Experience with Anaplan
  • Investment banking or Big 4 accounting experience is a plus.
