The Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a key member of the corporate financial leadership team, with ownership of the corporate financial model, leadership in the development of financial narrative for investors, the Board of Directors and management, driving the usage and reporting of financial and operational KPIs, and providing leadership in planning, reporting, forecast accuracy and alignment between finance segment leaders. This position reports to the VP of FP&A. 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary ownership of reporting for the Board of Directors and external investors, including financial narrative development, in-depth understanding of business drivers, and establishing best in class data packages for external consumption
  • Ownership and innovation of the total company forecasting model, including consolidations, scenario planning, reporting, variance analyses, etc.
  • Establish and adapt the Forecast, Budget and LRP calendars to streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders and enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership
  • Support Investor Relations, with a focus on developing the set of data packages used by leadership on a quarterly basis and partnering on creating commentary and talking points to be used externally
  • Develop and maintain externally communicated KPIs, including associated research, comparable company analyses, consolidation, data visualization and packaging

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary detail orientation and strong data visualization skills
  • Deep experience with financial models and accounting concepts
  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
  • 10+ years of finance management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
