We are looking to hire a Finance Systems Project Manager to lead system implementations, customizations, and automation projects across the finance function. In this role you will partner with our internal systems developer and business systems team, as well at-third party consultants to PM projects through design, testing, and implementation. You will help build the tools and systems that drive efficiency and quality in the team’s processes, and allow the finance function to scale with the business.

Your Role & Impact

• Lead projects to customize and improve our stack of finance systems 
• Maintain and support existing internal business systems : ERP, financial systems, order management systems (OMS), and inventory management systems 
• Manage and monitor the reconciliation of system integrations across our core platform, WMS, and ERP 
• Partner with the business systems team to build out new systems, lead automation efforts around existing software, and manage system upgrades or changes 
• Partner closely with the finance team to ensure all necessary system inputs to the close or financial planning process are completed timely 
• Partner with the data analytics team to ensure that key metrics and data from the financial system aligns with key data from our internal analytics tools 
• Provide and lead training and support across the finance team as well as other key functions that rely on the core transactional and financial systems 
• Lead efforts and manage relationships with software vendors and external consultants to provide enhancements and solutions to help the business scale 
• Experience with middleware solutions (such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, etc...) a plus 

About You

• Degree in business, finance, engineering, information systems, or other applicable field 
• 5+ years of experience in finance, systems, or engineering 
• Proficiency with core ERP financial systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, SAP or Zero 
• Experience with other financial tools such as Expensify or Concur, ADP, Carta, etc... 
• Experience managing financial systems implementations and integrations 
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting (GAAP) concepts and processes 
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment 
• Proven ability to ability to lead and launch projects through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support 
• Strong business partnering and cross-functional leadership skills
