About the Team

The Financial Data Systems team maintains and extends existing 3rd party finance technologies and platforms, the ETL and custom code integrations between those systems, integration with the platform technology developed and maintained by the Financial Engineering team, and various tables and reports supporting Financial Operations. Team responsibilities include: general finance system administration, data warehouse source/integration management, Mode/SQL query development/maintenance, 3rd party system scoping/deployment/integration/enhancements, Netsuite modules and application configuration, and general Financial Operations process efficiency automations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Hiring, coaching and leadership of data analyst, system administrator, and solutions architecture team members
  • Daily prioritization of ongoing work streams with BAU responsibilities
  • Working with Finance stakeholders to scope and plan initiatives
  • Working with Engineering to develop a technology roadmap that balances off the shelf solutions with custom implementations.

Skills Needed

  • Batchelor of Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience with Analytics, ETL, and Reporting practices
  • Experience with Accounting and Finance practices
  • Experience managing multiple ongoing workstreams and initiatives
  • Experience managing a team of technologists

For CO Residents Only, and in accordance with C.R.S. Sec. 8-5-101 et seq., the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $240,000 per year. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position in question based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

My team works with our sales and support operators. We manage our multiple telephony platforms, including our call center software. Last year, we replaced our old call center vendor solution with a new custom-built telephony platform. Building the unique features each team has been one of our central challenges for much of the past year.

Now, I am one of the leaders on our team - I’m responsible for setting team vision, overseeing systems design for other IC’s, and leading P0 initiatives such as a pricing workflow overhaul that we launched after COVID-19.
