Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis team is essential to our mission to pioneer a better way to feed families, without settling. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead our efforts in understanding the financial levers and opportunities throughout our supply chain. The Senior Financial Analyst will develop financial plans, projections, and analysis to both support and further our key operating and strategic decisions. The role will have exposure to Supply Chain and Assortment leadership and the broader executive team, serving as a trusted thought-partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build models and analysis that elevate the insights for our supply chain’s key financial drivers. Directly support forward-looking decisions in areas including resource allocations, workforce planning, and productivity. Lead all related forecasting, planning processes and variance analyses.
  • Refine our company-wide demand and capacity forecasting, driving both short-term and long-term accuracy as the business continues to expand in complexity.
  • Advance the understanding of the key unit economics and levers within our supply chain to drive further accountability and future focus.
  • Evaluate unique business opportunities and potential efficiencies, providing actionable insights to help inform decision-making.
  • Serve as the finance business partner for Supply Chain and Assortment, becoming a subject matter expert. Potential to partner with other business areas.
  • Work with the CFO, Accounting and Data to promote the alignment of our financial metrics and models. Identify, design and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Run our weekly financial reporting and assist in month close and BvA processes.
  • Support investor relations, including board decks and investor updates.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business, Finance or Economics.
  • 6+ years of progressive financial experience, including in financial planning and/or investing.
  • Supply chain finance experience preferred.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SQL and/or other data systems a plus.
  • Highly organized and strategically focused with strong attention to detail and sound business judgment.
  • Strong, unbiased and honest communicator. Ability to distill and articulate complex data in a clear way that can drive business decisions.
  • Collaborative and energetic individual with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • Pragmatic, curious, data-driven and results-oriented.
