Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close activities
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Coordinate accounting matters with other departments
• Play a key role in month-end closing and preparation of periodic reporting schedules and disclosures for monthly, quarterly and year-end review and audit processes
• Communicate, verbally and in writing, with various groups including internal customers and team members to perform work functions
• Assist all Accounting and Finance personnel in the resolution of accounting related issues and implementing new accounting processes.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 3 - 5 years of accounting experience preferably in a fast-growing consumer Saas company
• Big 4 Experience is a plus
• Revenue recognition under ASC 606 is a plus
• Preference for candidates with a working knowledge of NetSuite
• Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)

• Ability and willingness to work independently and accurately on multiple assignments/projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
