What we are looking for:

• 5-7  years of total experience across a combination of investment banking and operating experience at a fast-paced technology and/or consumer company
• Financial proficiency: comfortable with/in/around numbers and modeling
• Strategic thinking: the ability to understand how financial decisions impact business performance and strategy and vice versa

Responsibilities of the role:

• Own all day-to-day business partnering
• Play an integral role in the Company’s financial planning process, including the annual and quarterly multi-year financial planning cycles
• Optimize both the quantity and the quality of financial reporting on an ongoing basis, always looking for opportunities for tool enhancement and automation
• Serve as a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing finance processes for speed, agility, and insight.
• Develop reporting packages and dashboards for financial and business review meetings that succinctly summarize key insights on historical performance as well as provide recommendations on actionable insights to enable business partners to act
• Assist in any ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into novel issues to improve the collective understanding of risks and opportunities related to the business
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead reporting packages
• Provide financial planning and analysis support to all corporate functions such as Production, Operations, Engineering and Finance

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience influencing strategy
• Outstanding Excel and communication skills with Exceptional judgment and maturity, including an ability to execute 
• Entrepreneurial flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment setting
• Experience in building succinct presentations
• Maintain operating and financial models (and build new ones as needed!), and lead the financial planning process for responsible product areas
