What we are looking for:

• 4-7 years of total experience across a combination of investment banking and operating experience at a fast-paced technology and / or consumer company
• Financial proficiency: comfortable with/in/around numbers and modeling
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels within an organization
• Strategic thinking: ability to understand how financial decisions impact business performance and strategy and demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy

Responsibilities of the role:

•  Play an integral role in the Company’s financial planning process, including the annual and quarterly multi-year financial planning cycles
• Assist in any ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into strategic issues to improve the collective understanding of risks and opportunities related to the business
• Provide leadership team & cross functional teams with data-driven decision support and KPI’s
• Streamline reporting processes by working with other members of the finance and accounting to develop standardized reporting packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various management levels
• Exceptional judgement and maturity, including an ability and willingness to execute
• Excellent proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and corporate finance concepts.
• Maintain operating and financial models (and build new ones as needed) and experience in building succinct presentations
