Strategic Finance Manager

Position Summary:
We are looking for an energized Strategic Finance Manager to help build and drive financial insight, rigor and efficiency on our growing FP&A team. This individual is a team player who will work across the organization and interact with members of finance and accounting as well as business and operational leaders within the company to drive operational efficiency and help define the process by which we as a company scale and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Strategic Finance Organization with financial analysis and modeling
- Financial modeling designed to build thoughtful resource allocation analyses/models to drive better investment decisions (e.g. business cases, GTM partnership models, what-if scenarios, etc.)
- Align and work with cross-functional leadership on business KPIs and metrics that are industry standards, industry comparable, track progress vs. goals, and provide insights into drivers of success and/or areas of improvement
- Independently value costs and benefits of major initiatives and produce regular reporting to determine the accuracy of realized costs and benefits vs. projections
- Assist in the building of our financial projections tied to our Long-Range Strategic Plan
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations on projects and investments (M&A, Expansion etc)
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 4+ years of experience, preferably in corporate finance, investment banking, and/or consulting
- Strong business and analytical acumen in order to influence and drive effective decision making
- Strong relationship building, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models
- Understanding of SaaS/subscription model business metrics & drivers such as ACV, TCV, renewal rates, churn, ARR, net retention, & ARPU
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under changing conditions and tight deadlines
