We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in internal controls and audit to lead our internal audit and governance efforts. You’ll be directly engaged in developing our company policies, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and standards. We are currently HIPAA and SOC2 compliant, and HITRUST certification is in the works. You will be responsible with ensuring we remain compliant with any ongoing and future audits.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Become a proficient user of PowerDMS, KnowBe4, Logicgate, and MyCSF within 3 months of hire.
• Assist in helping us pass HITRUST and SOC2 audits within 12 months.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise within 6 months of hire. 
• Assist in managing identified Medicare Compliance and Compliance Program Effectiveness gaps to ensure they are remediated within established time frames.
• Drive continuous improvement of our compliance activities.

• Developing and delivering compliance training, policies and procedures, and compliance communications.
• Risk assessment and compliance auditing.
• Basic Information security controls
