Our headquarters is located in downtown San Francisco, where our group of cross-functional experts assemble to create experiences for Crunchyroll and VRV’s passionate communities.

About You:

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience as a paralegal and/or contract manager and 'do it all' legal admin; In-house experience in tech and/or media preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize many tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
• Must be a confident, independent self-starter with fantastic judgement, enthusiasm and a resourceful personality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to work with various functions and levels within an organization, including senior level management
• Team player with a great sense of humor, fun spirit and a desire to learn
• Practical and proactive problem solver with a high attention to detail
• Familiarity with trademark and copyright law; familiarity with conducting trademark clearance searches
• Ability to understand general business operations and issues beyond the scope of basic legal issues
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with the highest degree of professional responsibility
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Paralegal certificate preferred

A day in the life of our Contract Manager:

• Draft and review NDAs, MSAs, consulting and services agreements, sweepstakes agreements and track compliance with contractual obligations
• Prepare, draft, edit and maintain general legal and compliance-related documents as well as templates
• Perform legal research on an 'as needed' basis
• Implement, improve and maintain a contract and company record management process with deal status
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external parties to ensure efficient workflow and request-management
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of corporate governance records 
• Act as in-house liaison for insurance coverage payments, updates and maintenance
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned
