Quantcast is hiring a Sr. Paralegal, Corporate to join our San Francisco office, reporting to our Associate General Counsel, Corporate, who is based in San Francisco, CA. The role has the option to be remote working for the right candidate.

 

The Quantcast legal team is actively growing in every function! Quantcast is looking for a passionate and professional team player who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, diligent, resourceful and wants to be part of a close and collaborative legal and compliance team. This is a great opportunity for someone to accelerate an existing in-house career with a mature company, growing internationally, which is imbedding Legal into every aspect of the company’s operations. 

 

The role requires a self-starting, athletic mindset to partner with colleagues internationally and to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization. As a paralegal, the role is an integral part of the legal and compliance team dedicated to helping Quantcast continue its growth. Initially, the role will focus on advising the legal team on best practices, developing legal team operations from the ground up and coordinating infrastructure development in partnership with the business. This requires significant interface with our EU and Asia offices, where the role will maintain strong coordination and visibility. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Corporate governance support including preparation for board meetings and maintaining organizational documents, equity administration, and improving internal processes
  • Assist with the formation, management and compliance activities of domestic and foreign subsidiaries
  • Manage corporate knowledge and records, assist with the research and analysis of corporate matters, review and approve agreements and maintain confidentiality; build systems to improve efficiency and institutional knowledge
  • Provide support to attorneys related to a variety of transactions
  • Provide project management support as needed

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and qualities:

  • 6-10+ years of experience 
  • Experience working with a company/clients in a technology company desired
  • Bachelor’s degree and ABA-accredited paralegal certificate
  • California Notary Public certification preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and identify, prioritize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to own projects, work independently, and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally and across multiple jurisdictions 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements
  • Interest in growing your skills and learning new tools and techniques
