Corporate/IT owns and manages our internal systems and services. As part of the Corporate/IT team, you will lead the design, development, deployment and operations of our corporate infrastructure. Quizlet needs your expertise to provide all our employees with the right technologies and tools so we can continue our rapid growth.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage the establishment and configuration of SaaS infrastructure by employing Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration Management tools.
• Build for scale and automation as the company grows in size.
• Perform a wide variety of technical and administrative duties within the Corporate Engineering team.
• Work alongside SRE and security to architect our internal infrastructure
• Prioritize, lead and manage multiple projects, including networking, SaaS infrastructure, Identity Management, single-sign-on systems, DNS, and others.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation for all aspects of Corporate Engineering
• Streamline internal systems and tools to make it easier for Quizlet team members to do their work.
• Support users across multiple regions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting corporate or production systems.
• Eagerness to tune, tweak, automate and improve everything related to our Corporate Infrastructure.
• Familiar with *nix-like operating systems including Linux and macOS/BSDExperience with Cloud Identity and Access Management such as Okta, Onelogin, or Google.
• Familiar with scripting languages, particularly Bash, Python, and Ruby.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Open, humble and candid approach to communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Configuration Management, especially Ansible
• Experience with Configuration as Code, especially Terraform
• Experience with orchestration tools like Jenkins, Ansible Tower, or Rundeck
• Experience with DNS, directory services, SAML, and SSO
• Familiar with popular cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
