POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team! This role will be based out of our San Francisco office. We are looking for an individual that has the eagerness and drive to learn new skills and take on new challenges. You must also demonstrate critical soft skills, such as excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and chat
• Operate and troubleshoot Zoom Conferencing Solutions for meetings and events
• Provide hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and break-fixes on Macs and PCs
• Provide support on our SaaS applications
• Work closely with the IT team on issues and troubleshooting case
• Document and maintain accurate ticketing and asset management records
• Deploy and retrieve computer hardware within offices or remotely by shipping
• Preform onboardings/off-boardings and participate in new hire orientation
• Collaborate with IT team on key IT projects and initiatives
• Follow established IT policies and procedures and best practices
• Document policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Operate with a security first mentality

ABOUT YOU

• 1-2 years experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
• Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite), MS Office, Okta, Slack, Zoom, JAMF and other common SaaS services
• Experience with MacOS and Windows operating systems
• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Organized and excellent at time management
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
• Strong documentation skills
• Networking experience a plus
