About the Job:

You will partner with teams from various departments to provide solutions for improving data integrity and optimizing existing business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technology solutions in Netsuite according to business and stakeholder requirements from various departments
  • Provide hands-on support for Netsuite users and build solutions for optimizing the usability of the system via SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteCloud
  • Ensure systems integrations with Netsuite are built for scale to align with the growth of the company while maintaining accuracy and completeness of data flowing into Netsuite from our proprietary ecommerce platform, WMS, and other third-party systems
  • Work with the platform engineering team and systems analysts on automating data integrations with Netsuite
  • Interact with Netsuite software vendors and external consultants and collaborate to drive problems to resolution
  • Review and analyze business requirements, formulate projects and implement business system based solutions to improve customer experience and company performance on NetSuite.
  • Design, develop, test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements, build customizations using extensions and scripts to meet business needs.
  • Manage requests for new NetSuite features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests.
  • Manage the order-to-cash (invoicing, accounts receivable, payment processing revenue recognition), procure-to-pay (purchasing, receiving, inventory, accounts payable) and record-to-report processes within NetSuite.
  • Assist end users in saved searches, custom reports and dashboards to meet operational needs, support month-end & quarter end close procedures
  • Develop and maintain the NetSuite system configuration including system security, data integrity, customized fields and workflows.
  • Work with other technical teams to successfully integrate NetSuite with other business systems
  • Troubleshoot and debug system issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required
  • 4 – 8 years of experience with ERP systems, including 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with NetSuite
  • Ability to understand high-level business/operational requirements and write solutions that are appropriate for them
  • Certified SuiteCloud Developer highly desirable
  • Team oriented with a collaborative approach toward problem-solving
  • Proficient using SQL & BI tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attitude & work ethic adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
