The Senior Retail Support Administrator will be primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of technology for retail stores and consignment offices. As a main point of contact, you will work closely with retail & consignment office personnel to provide guidance and technical support. In addition, you will support build outs for new office locations by installing IT equipment and supporting employees with technical issues.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• As subject matter expert you will focus on all aspects of technology for retail stores and remote offices (LCOs). 
• Receive, troubleshoot and respond to routine and non-routine IT requests via Zendesk.
• Design, deploy, maintain hardware and software solutions to meet the requirements of the business.
• Procurement and maintenance of asset in all retail and lco locations
• Work in a project management capacity for new locations and other projects as needed.
• Educate end-users on how to resolve various hardware and software problems.
• Create technical knowledge base documentation and SOPs for IT helpdesk and end users.
• Support iOS application deployments for Retail stores and remote sites. 
• Conduct rigorous audits in our inventory asset management systems, user directories, calendars and groups or distribution lists.
• Follow TRR’s change management process for all changes to production systems, including documentation of all changes made to systems
• Travel to various TRR locations across the United States to provide technical and build out and support

What You Bring To The Role

• BSCS or equivalent and a minimum of 4-5 years experience in technical support in a level II support role
• Strong Experience deploying hardware (workstations, printers, and mobile devices) to remote locations. 
• Strong Customer service skills
• Ability to work on projects independently
• Communicates clearly and often with IT Managers and Leadership.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting experience with a high rate of problem resolution. 
• Understanding of Enterprise Mobility and Windows server infrastructure - AD,DNS,DHCP
• Understanding of basic network concepts
• Possessing strong diagnostic and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
