The Sr. System Administrator will be responsible for the design, development and ongoing support of Sage Intacct's corporate IT infrastructure. He/she will work across multiple lines of business to implement and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure solutions while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 support of critical corporate infrastructure, (phones, network, email).
  • Provision, install, configure and maintain on-premise, cloud and virtual server environments, (Windows, O365, Azure AD/AWS).
  • Management of Automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Manage security, anti-virus and critical patch/update process across server environments.
  • Manage corporate VOIP Genesys CCAS system and related customer support call routing.
  • Assist with back end automation for IT Operations processes.
  • Manage incoming service requests and troubleshoot both client and server issues.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure related activities and projects related to corporate office moves, builds, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT System Administration of server and desktop support experience in an enterprise level, globally distributed environment with 1000+ users.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft client and server products, (MS Office, Windows 10, Server.
  • Advanced Windows command line scripting and PowerShell, Batch experience.
  • 2+ years of Mac OS X support experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory (group memberships, shared drives access, group policies, etc.)
  • Experience managing virtual environments, preferably VMWare vSphere.
  • Strong knowledge of NetApp ONTAP operating system, file system and backups.
  • Working Knowledge/Hands on Experience with LAN/WAN networking, DHCP, DNS, NPS, RADIUS
  • Experience managing/deploying VOIP phone systems and call center routing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to convey technical matters to a non-technical audience required.
  • SCRUM or Agile project team member experience a plus. Ability to work under strict timelines and execute with quality.
  • Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
