As a Support Operations Analyst, you’ll spend ~60% of your time interacting with and directly helping Plaid’s consumers. The rest of your time will be dedicated to partnering closely with Support leadership, as well as working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, Growth, and Sales, to ensure we’re building and delivering an exceptional support experience. You will be critical in helping build Plaid’s direct-to-consumer voice and share the responsibility for representing that voice both internally and externally. Success in this role is reflected by the success of the Consumer Support team: high quality responses, satisfied customers, and happy team members.
