Associate, Product Operations - Consumer Programs (Multiple Locations)
**Considering candidates in Bay Area, Santa Barbara, and US based remote only**
We are seeking a Product Operations Associate who will be responsible for executing our product strategies for our Consumer Programs. As part of our Product Operations team, this candidate will work with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program deliveries. You will focus on optimizing the product development process and customer experience to ensure users get value and internal teams are enabled to do their jobs efficiently. Ideal candidates have experience in an agile software development environment, and are eager and motivated to work in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with our Product Management, Program Management, and Participant Engagement teams to determine the timelines and mechanism by which projects will be delivered (e.g. updates to implementation roadmap, client specific configurations, Software Development Life Cycle, etc.)
- Be the main point of contact representing the product during regular communications with program partners
- Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize the configuration and customization for the Consumer platform to support incoming projects and studies
- Work with Engineering, Product Management & QA to plan and coordinate internal testing efforts to ensure the products meets the intended behavior
- Triage and manage the resolution of issues that arise during project execution
- Liaise between Engineering and Project Managers during the build lifecycle of software changes to ensure stated timelines are being met
- Address customer needs & product user issues via creative workarounds using internal configuration tools
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required (preferably in a technical or scientific discipline)
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Experience working with software engineers and product management teams
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented work culture, providing back-up and support to team members
- A passion for delivering an excellent experience for users
- Strong desire to bring clarity and definition to ambiguous requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Rigorous analytical thinking ability with a hunger to drill into problems
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior successful delivery of engaging consumer health programs
- Working knowledge of Pharma Development or Med Tech
- Experience in product operations and/or product management
- Experience with regulatory needs and SDLC
