Bond OS is the primary system of record for bank and brand partnerships. From onboarding a new brand to ongoing engagement with existing partners, Bond OS provides the operating tools you need to build personal financial products seamlessly and simply. As the Lead Product Manager, Bond OS:

You will: 

• Responsible for the roadmap and prioritization of features for the Bond OS web application
• Ability to inspire your teams to build better products with a constant dedication to understand, question and improve the experiences for our customers
• An advocate of user-centered solutions to make complex processes incredibly simple
• Become a subject matter expert in collaboration tools to raise the bar in the way banks and brands communicate with each other
• Join forces with product marketing and solution engineering to develop collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, training and sales tools to enable self-service
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Represent Bond at industry events, conferences and meetups

You must have: 

• 6+ years of product management experience at a fintech or enterprise SaaS company
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience bringing new enterprise web or mobile applications to market
• Experience shipping collaboration and document management systems
• Strong understanding of agile product development, delivery and tools
• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills

You also likely have: 

• 1+ years management experience
• Experience as product owner on dashboard or analytical products
• Entrepreneurship or startup experience
• Experience in management consulting
