Quantcast is on a mission to radically simplify advertising across the open internet. We partner with over 100 million online destinations to help them better understand and reach their audiences while respecting data privacy regulations and consumer rights. We are one of the largest processors of data in the world and a recognized leader in consent management.

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the products and capabilities that expand the Quantcast platform, reducing friction for customers to adopt and integrate Quantcast into their organizations. Spanning from user management to API integrations, you will help drive platform adoption and retention by creating a seamless experience across all of our product areas.

To succeed in this role, you will bring with you an obsession for making the very complex very simple. You will have success stories of launching seamless sign up flows and onboarding user experiences and enabling users to handle convoluted permissioning schemes with a UX that anyone can figure out without help or the like. You are intrigued by the details and energized by the desire to make them easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain deep understanding and knowledge of your customer through customer discovery, product metrics, and external research - uncover user needs and problems.
  • Develop market expertise beyond your functional areas, expanding to the broader market in which Quantcast performs, through evaluation of competitors, their business models and metrics, and industry trends
  • Independently define and detail customer problems, solution hypotheses, measures of success, and product deliverables for your area
  • Develop and contribute to product strategy in a way that influences product areas beyond your own functional area, to achieve short term and long term objectives.
  • Advise and drive the go-to-market strategy and product launches through coordination with Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales
  • Internally and externally evangelize your product area through communication of the vision and strategy to achieve that vision

Qualifications:

  • Consistent record (5+ years) of managing products with some of that including solutions/products related to digital advertising
  • Experience with dual track development and an emphasis on continuous learning, as opposed to only execution and shipping product
  • Possess strong analytical background and comfort with intricate, data-oriented products
  • Ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels in order to clearly articulate the “what” and “why” of your functional area
  • Strong expertise and experience with product optimization and experimentation
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to problems with several cross-functional constraints

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast is implementing a hybrid work model which will take effect October 18, 2021. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.  Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office. Hybrid employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program. To ensure the safety of everyone, all U.S. employees working from a Quantcast office or who meet clients are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
