The Communications team at Plaid is looking for a hands-on senior public relations professional to support our product communications initiatives. This is a key role that will shape the messaging, plans and stories to grow awareness of Plaid’s products.

The ideal candidate is passionate about media relations, has deep experience with products for developers and has a proven ability to leverage multi-channel communication programs to advance product awareness. You have experience managing people or agencies, yet are willing to roll up your sleeves to bring the stories to life that inspire developers to build new services that make money easier for everyone.

• 8+ years experience in technology public relations; financial services industry experience a plus
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record in integrated communications
• Relationships with technical press

• An understanding of how to leverage content strategies to drive product communications
