The Role
We’re looking for a great Product Manager to drive exciting Consumer Experience initiatives that will engage & delight millions of users around the world while creating value for our merchants and Afterpay’s business.
The ideal candidate has launched & scaled consumer products and can effectively lead a team of user researchers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to define superior customer value propositions, user experiences, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a cross-functional team to launch, scale, and refine a major consumer-facing program
• Identify new ways to engage & retain our customers and bring them to life with compelling Product experiences
• Serve as a point person for your initiatives, aligning key internal & external stakeholders, including Executives, on prioritization, resourcing, and reporting
• Write great epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Create and manage product roadmaps & backlogs
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of consumer-facing product management experience
• Self-starter with a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Bias for action and attention to detail
