Summary:

We are looking for a Product Manager who will focus on managing and building on Druva’s award winning InSync Endpoints product offering. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is passionate for understanding customers and their needs in the area of data protection. This role is highly cross functional and visible role, requiring the ability to influence and collaborate with peer product managers, engineering, cloud operations and back office teams to achieve the desired outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features that delight customers
  • Manage product lifecycle, strategy roadmap and execution
  • Lead voice-of-customer engagements to discover end user, market and competitive use case requirements and convert them into a differentiated offering
  • Translate customer and market analysis into a product definition that delivers on high-value customer requirements with a differentiated product and user experience
  • Define stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize features, provide business context to product development from concept to and subsequent launches
  • Enable Product Marketing by developing content to drive customer awareness, accelerate customer engagements and deliver product
  • Partner with sales teams, solution architects to present product value & benefits to customers. Engage in discussions with customer to understand their problems, answer questions about the product and educate them about the value of the product.
  • Work closely with the product, development, user experience and documentation teams to build out the roadmap for the platform.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical pre-sales, user experience, consulting, or product marketing
  • 3 to 6 year experience in the data protection space
  • A multitasking expert, driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency. Must be resourceful with a can-do attitude.
  • Skillful in building strategies and roadmaps targeted towards growing a platform in a SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS Applications built on Cloud Architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to make decisions and manage your time effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
  • Team player that enjoys working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration & communication (written and spoken) skills
