We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building the future of healthcare to lead our Reporting product development efforts. In healthcare, there is no shortage of data and information available to us, and we need a product manager to help lead the efforts for organizing and centralizing key pieces of data that are essential to our business and providing useful insights to our customers. As our business continues to grow, so will our needs for a best-in-class reporting platform.

As the Reporting Product Manager, you will be responsible for the curation, tabulation, and delivery of all reporting that we create for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our engineering and data teams to establish a platform that can act as the centralized repository for all of our reporting needs -- both now and in the future.

What you'll do: 

• Identify and scope business needs and translate those needs into product requirements
• Own your product area and manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation
• Create and maintain the product roadmap for our reporting and data teams
• Prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and opportunities based on company goals and objectives
• Work with the portals and analytics teams to define the reporting needs for our customers
• Partner with the engineering team to scope necessary work and ensure that features are delivered to specification
• Evangelize the work of the reporting and data teams, soliciting buy-in and building cross-team rapport with the rest of the organization
• Coordinate delivery schedules with other product managers and business owners
• Manage the backlog of features and prioritize appropriately
• Communicate progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members

Your skills include:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or software engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Track record of delivering high-impact projects 
• Experience and familiarity data engineering and data models either as an owner or consumer
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with enterprise software development
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare or health insurance is a plus!
