You will:
- Own product development from conception to launch
- Build a compelling strategy and roadmap based on insightful understanding of customer needs and market opportunities
- Write specs, manage project execution, build UI/UX wireframes, and define product roll-out strategy
- Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration
- Develop and articulate a compelling vision and set strategic direction. Craft and evangelize a product roadmap that balances short-term and long-term goals
You must have:
- 5+ years of product management experience at a fintech
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience bringing new products to market
- Strong understanding of agile product development, delivery and tools
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
You also likely have:
- Entrepreneurship or startup experience
- Experience in management consulting
- Exposure to deposits, funding and credit financial products
- Prior experience as an engineer
