You will: 

• Own product development from conception to launch
• Build a compelling strategy and roadmap based on insightful understanding of customer needs and market opportunities
• Write specs, manage project execution, build UI/UX wireframes, and define product roll-out strategy
• Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration
• Develop and articulate a compelling vision and set strategic direction. Craft and evangelize a product roadmap that balances short-term and long-term goals

You must have: 

• 5+ years of product management experience at a fintech
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience bringing new products to market
• Strong understanding of agile product development, delivery and tools
• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills

You also likely have: 

• Entrepreneurship or startup experience
• Experience in management consulting
• Exposure to deposits, funding and credit financial products 
• Prior experience as an engineer
