The role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to be responsible for driving revenue and expansion of our user base among Enterprise customers. This PM will work closely with the Director of Product & leaders on sales and customer success teams to deeply understand the unique needs of AspireIQ’s enterprise customers. Ideal candidates will have experience building products that can be easily deployed within the complex technology stack of enterprise marketing organizations. This is a cross-functional role that will require you to work closely with designers, engineers, sales, marketing, and more to help deliver value to our strategic customers and grow our business.
What you'll be doing
Build out a comprehensive product roadmap that will drive the success of AspireIQ’s enterprise product offering.
Establish shared vision across the company by partnering with key internal business stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end life cycle for product features from planning to execution to launch
Partner with engineers, designers, and founders to identify product opportunities, gather requirements, and develop user stories.
Set and report on clear KPI’s that measure team success.
Conduct user research and synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvements
What we’re looking for
4+ years experience in a Product Manager role
2+ years in a Product Manager role at an Enterprise SaaS company
A track record of delivering enterprise products and solutions that solve real customer problems.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once and ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work
An empathetic and attentive listener; someone who is committed to understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers and key stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to different audiences
Attention to detail; someone who can problem-solve around even the most complex issues or features.
A proactive, self-starter; someone who can roll up their sleeves and solve problems on their own initiative
