Product Operations Manager
The Product Operations Manager will lead a small team of highly motivated individual contributors through new product launches and sales promotional launches. Both programs are fast paced and requires tight collaboration across Strategy, Sales, Product Management, Finance, Tax & Customs, Global Export & Trade, Demand Planning and other operations teams.
You are a leader that wants to mentor your team members and work with them on their professional goals. You will help them build effective communication and project management skills. You will drive operational efficiency of existing processes and help build new tools and plans to respond to changes in business operations, changing demands of the market and regulatory landscape. You will need to both understand the details and see the bigger picture to be an effective manager and trusted business partner.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of individual contributors
- Implement process and system improvement initiatives to streamline product launch process
- Assess operational feasibility of new promotions
- Handle partner concerns from internal and external teams
- Build strong relationships with Cisco counterparts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a business operations, product operations, consulting, or project/program management role
- Strong project management skills to lead improvement projects and implement new processes
- Superb communication skills for cross functional collaboration
- Ability to prioritize and delegate to effectively lead your team
