The Product Operations team lives and breathes our technology in the field, helping identify and report insights back to the product and engineering teams that increase our probability of success. We are on the front lines, learning, testing, iterating alongside our partners and stakeholders, and ensuring that Ike is building the right product.

About Your Role

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help us develop and launch a real product into the world.

About Your Work

• Apply your understanding of the trucking industry, particularly with the complicated operations of shippers, brokers and motor carriers, to ensure we build a great product 
• Scout and document potential launch geographies, gathering data and other insights to help identify the ideal place to pilot and launch Ike’s first product
• Build understanding within the company about the industry and its challenges
• Build and run the overall plan for key tests and milestones, including interfacing seamlessly with our partners

About You

• Experience in trucking, logistics, or operations
• Demonstrated record of clear strategic thinking: taking ambiguous and complex information and finding the right answer
• Hands on - you love the idea of spending the day with drivers at a truck stop, writing a training plan, or scouting roadways 
• Ability to get up to speed quickly. You don’t need to have experience in technology, but you should be able to absorb new ideas and adapt to new processes rapidly.
