The Role:

We're seeking a passionate, collaborative, and creative Senior Product Manager to help us lead our behavioral health offerings across the Grand Rounds product suite. As we take a step towards Virtual Care, our ideal candidate is committed to solving access and navigation related problems including helping design and implement an approach to behavioral health management that improves health outcomes for the members that Grand Round serves. Additionally, they'll collaborate closely with our partners on the clinical, data science, research and go-to-market teams to create compelling solutions that help with the growing behavioral health crisis in this country.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Behavioral Health at GrandRounds to make the most frequent and painful healthcare experiences easier
  • Deeply understand the needs of members and customers, and lead the team to deliver extraordinary solutions
  • Define the frameworks and metrics through which you will measure success, and monitor and analyze those metrics to track progress and inform prioritization
  • Partner with clinicians, user research, data science, and customer success to identify and prioritize initiatives that make our products market competitive, member-preferred, and maximally impactful
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle (inception, specification, development, acceptance testing & release) and be prepared to lead rituals inside of that development cycle, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience 
  • Prior experience in behavioral health digital solutions is a plus
  • Exceptional user-centric product and design sense
  • Vision: you’ve created and rallied support around strategies that shaped the direction of your products 
  • Results: a strong track record of delivering product experiences that users love and that create business impact
  • Execution: ability to break down complex problems and iteratively ship and deliver value
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort analyzing and applying data to inform decisions
  • Experience working on big problems with high ambiguity
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to adapt to changing context
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for changing how people experience healthcare
