We are looking for an experienced, Senior PM to lead our cross-functional growth team, helping us create and optimize channels for bringing new users into the Hinge Health program. This team is primarily focused on acquisition but can eventually expand into other growth areas, such as resurrection and activation, as opportunities come into focus. 


This PM will help us test hypotheses quickly when venturing into new opportunity areas and use multivariate tests to improve existing channels, especially those in our user registration funnel. They will also manage our growth marketing function directly.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Increase our user enrollment rates YoY, reaching an increasing percentage of our addressable populations, especially within our longest-tenured clients 
  • Ship world-class product, working cross-functionally to deliver on company goals, running well-defined sprints and maintaining clear roadmaps 
  • Run experiments and A/B tests that not only get results but help us learn more about what does and doesn’t work in reaching specific demographics 
  • Scale entirely new channels that generate user sign-ups, particularly in our hardest-to-reach demographics, such as blue collar workers
  • Optimize our existing channels, from email marketing to referrals, so that we’re maximizing the efficiency of channels with proven success
  • Nurture and grow our growth marketing team, providing meaningful professional development opportunities and mentorship as well as leading hiring

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep experience on a cross-functional growth team including design, product, engineering, marketing
  • Excellent product skills and techniques, particularly around product discovery, design, delivery, analysis, iteration/optimization, and vision/strategy
  • An experimental mindset: knows how to run quick proofs-of-concept and A/B tests, and can analyze their own experiments without analytics bandwidth
  • People management: hire, manage, and develop a growth marketing team that knows our users inside-out, knows which bets to make, and has the tools to execute
  • Passion for our mission: a personal connection to MSK issues or a track-record of mission-driven work
